Project Description:

Full renovation of a 1BR/1Bath apartment in Chelsea. The original apartment floor plan was approximately 850 square feet. The floor plan was re-imagined to maximize usable space (100 sq. ft. added), add an additional bedroom/home office and a spa-inspired bathroom.
